Formerly known as Step–Up Security, which was established in 2013. Since its incorporation, the company has focused on providing a high standard of professional security service in every job.
The executive board have collectively over twenty (20) years in the law enforcement, risk management and security industries. Through their vast experience, they determined that the security industry in Bermuda can be improved in various areas and the level of service as it pertains to the safety and the protection of property.
To improve the quality of service, USAL. ensures that their security officers are well trained in the required skill sets and are regularly evaluated to maintain a high level of professional standards and performance.

Our primary objective is to provide a secure and safe environment through effective and efficient security solutions. Our personnel adhere to strict rules and regulations and we deliver the best service quality possible. USAL. management team also maintains a strong relationship with employees both on and off duty. Additionally, background checks and mandatory random drug testing are performed on all employees.
The main duty of our security officers is to act as a deterrent of unsolicited advances. However, a key aspect of effectiveness in performing this duty is the people skills that our officers possess, which support and encourage positive interaction with other employees, guests and/or patrons. This affords the opportunity for officers to be a source of information as well as a resource which supports creating a feeling of community and safety within the environment of each establishment.
