Universal Security Alliance Ltd (USAL) is committed to training and or retraining every staff member employed by us. Our employees undergo a vigorous training program prior to being assigned to a job site. The training methodology is based on modern day security guard operations, which is focused on de-escalation techniques, nonviolent crisis intervention, restraining unruly or violent individuals and gender specific awareness/physical pat down techniques. We have also implemented a self-learning e-online courses to further enhance the personal development of our staff as of April 2020.
Mr. John D Pears of Atlantic Group Associates International provided security training services to our security officers. Mr. Pears provided a PFSO Course to Mr. Michael Sandiford and members of his senior management team. This training course was conducted in February 2021.
Additionally, our employees are also mandated to undergo the following certification programs/workshops: First Aid, CPR, AED, industry self-defense training and SCARS.
